How an order runs, end to end

Six stages from your first message to the courier collecting. Every stage has a checkpoint, and nothing moves forward without your sign-off.

In-house capability

What happens
under our roof

02

Stitching

Flatlock, overlock and coverstitch lines with inline checks at every operation.

03

Printing

Screen, DTF, puff and sublimation, cured and tested for wash durability.

04

Embroidery

Flat and 3D puff embroidery with digitised files kept on record for reorders.

05

Washing

Enzyme, stone, acid and garment dye finishes for streetwear programmes.

06

QC & packing

Piece-by-piece inspection, measurement audit against spec, then packing to your standard.

Quality control

Checked three times

Inline

Operators check their own work at each station. Faults are pulled at the machine rather than discovered at the end of the run, which is what keeps rework low and lead times honest.

Measurement audit

A sample from every size is measured against the approved spec sheet. Tolerances are agreed with you in advance so there is no argument later about what "correct" means.

Final inspection

Every piece is checked for stitching, print placement, trims, shade and finishing before it is bagged. Photos of packed goods are shared before shipment.
